Hello there. It’s me, Clare.

Away from the farm, I’m an alignment based yoga teacher (RYT-200) offering classes in and around Elbe. I credit yoga for my own mental health and physical well being and have been teaching since 2019.

As a full time farmer/florist and avid trail runner, my teaching is infused with accessible postures, gentle movement and is offered through a unique lens rooted in the seasonality of the Pacific Northwest.

While not strictly adherent to any one style, my classes are informed by Hatha tradition, favoring longer holds and precision over more dynamic movements. I teach with an emphasis on individual body mechanics, leading students to a sense of equanimity within each pose. All classes are inclusive, accessible, and are for anyone interested in exploring the magic of yoga inside their own skin- beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

ALL BODIES AND ABILITIES WELCOME.

What started as a few friends practicing in a garage has grown into a vibrant community now hosted by our friends over at ELKAMP in Mineral, WA.

Classes and special events are offered year round to locals and those visiting the area on a drop-in only basis.

We keep it casual but we start on time. Plan to arrive 5-15 minutes early to settle into the space.

We have a small selection available to borrow but if you have your own mat or props, please bring them.

Payment is accepted via cash and venmo on a sliding scale basis. Average is $15 but $0 works too if that’s what you have.

All classes are open to any adult human with a body. No dogs, no babies, no jerks.
