Spring 2024 Grassfed Lamb Deposit
Lamb is offered by the half share. If you’d like to purchase a whole lamb, simply add two half share deposits to your cart.

$10.00/pound hanging weight + $95.00 slaughter, cut & wrap fees (per half) Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the overall total.
Hanging weights are variable and are taken before butchering. They range between 40-60lbs per whole lamb. Weight after butchering 35-55lbs, depending on cuts chosen. A cut sheet will be sent to customers to indicate what cuts of meat they prefer. Typical cuts include chops, shanks, ribs, shoulder roast, leg of lamb, stew meat, and steaks. $10 surcharge for ground.
Half share estimated total : $295-$395. Whole share estimate: $590-$790 depending on weight.
Details regarding pickup will be sent to customers via email. Projected availability is late March/early April.
